Transparent Administration
The Foundation is not subject to transparency obligations, as it does not fall within either of the two cases provided for by Article 2-bis (para. 2, letter c) and/or para. 3) of Legislative Decree 33/2013.
Therefore, only the data and information whose retention periods have not expired pursuant to Articles 8, para. 3, 14, para. 2, and 15, para. 4 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 are maintained, as well as some general information.
This section provides for the publication of documents, information, and data as required by Legislative Decree 33/2013 “Reorganization of the regulations concerning obligations of publicity, transparency, and dissemination of information by public administrations.”
The data may be reused, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 36 of 24 January 2006, Legislative Decree No. 82 of 7 March 2005, and Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, provided that the source is cited and its integrity is respected.
