As of 10 January 2018, the Foundation has been included in the list of entities subject to the split payment regime (“Split Payment”). Therefore, invoices—except for those subject to the reverse-charge mechanism or withholding tax—must mandatorily indicate, in addition to the applicable VAT rate and the amount of VAT due, as well as the total invoice amount, the specific wording “split payment” (letter “S” in the “VAT Collectability” field for electronic invoices) and the total amount due net of VAT.

Please note that the VAT due will not be included in your VAT settlement, as it will be paid directly to the Tax Authorities by the Foundation.
