In-Tour aims to define and implement European curricula for the training of managers and specialized personnel in inclusive tourism. The project analyzes and identifies the required competencies, developing five training pathways across three pilot countries:

• Greece and Germany: to create and test curricula for both managers and specialized staff.
• Italy: the final pathway focuses on the managerial curriculum.

The Fondazione per la Ricerca e l’Innovazione (FRI) supports the project within WP8 – Quality Assurance, monitoring the quality of processes and outputs. FRI develops tools such as periodic questionnaires and shares results among partners to ensure high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
