The Freegalvan project was born from the shared needs of a group of companies to introduce sustainable innovation (SOI – Sustainability Oriented Innovation) in the fashion, jewelry, and faucet sectors.
Main Objectives
- Implement eco-friendly processes for depositing new materials as alternatives to Cr(VI), a known carcinogen, and cyanides.
- Develop new materials for jewelry and accessories using innovative technologies such as 3D printing.
- Optimize geometries and processes to reduce waste and enhance both performance and design.
