Gender Equality Plan
The Fondazione per la Ricerca e l’Innovazione has drafted its three-year Gender Equality Plan (2024–2026) with the aim of promoting a culture of gender equality, encouraging structural changes within the organization, overcoming gender gaps, and combating all forms of discrimination.
The actions outlined in the Gender Equality Plan focus on work–life balance, gender balance in organizational culture, leadership positions and recruitment processes, the integration of gender-related issues into research and third mission activities, and the prevention of discrimination.

The GEP Team
The Foundation has established a working group that, over the three-year period 2024–2026, will be responsible for implementing the actions set out in the GEP and for annually monitoring the planned activities and their related performance indicators.
The GEP Team consists of:
