Italian Lifestyle is an acceleration program dedicated to identifying startups, innovative SMEs, research groups, and university spin-offs that provide digital solutions and enabling technologies to the Italian lifestyle industries. The program targets entrepreneurial projects with high business potential and solutions that bring product and/or process innovation to local companies through the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and opportunities for Open Innovation integration.

Through structured activities, the program seeks enabling technologies in the following application areas: Artificial Intelligence, AR & VR, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain, IoT & 5G, Circular Economy, Cybersecurity, and Sustainability. These technologies are considered cross-cutting for technology transfer to companies in the key sectors driving the economy of the Metropolitan City of Florence.

The acceleration program lasts 12 weeks, during which startups have the opportunity to refine their business models and actively work on synergistic development opportunities with local companies.
