FABER V is the fifth edition of an initiative promoted by the Fondazione CR Firenze, the Fondazione per la Ricerca e l’Innovazione dell’Università di Firenze, and Confindustria Toscana Centro e Costa.
The program is dedicated to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MPMEs) and was created to foster a culture of research and innovation within companies through the placement of highly qualified professionals, with the aim of supporting core business activities and/or implementing new strategic projects.
FABER provides tutoring and mentoring support, along with an annual contribution of €20,000 to the company for the placement of the selected professional, against a minimum gross annual company cost of €35,000.
Project Duration
The project may last:
- Three years (2024–2027) if a PhD pathway is activated in collaboration with the Università degli Studi di Firenze.
- Two years (2024–2026) if the PhD pathway is not activated.
